the breakfast was a nice buffet style. it was great to be able to eat quickly as i had an appointment. extended carpark hours were invaluable. the staff was very friendly and cute, that was good.
The bottom sheet had a hole in it, that was not good. towels are old and thin. the airconditioner could not cool my room to below 20 degrees. It was also noisy.

we got upgraded to level 8 and had a harbor view room (i really appreciated that). the staff were cute and efficient. there are many cafes and restaurants nearby, and it is a short walk to the opera house. the underground train station is right next door, so it was easy to get around.

breakfast had a lot of options to choose from, including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes, and the dining area was clean and well kept, which i found to be very enjoyable. there was an omelette station.

staff at reception were always available to answer questions and provide assistance. i saw them handle requests efficiently (for example, i requested extra towels). the team offered helpful information about nearby attractions and transportation.
