great location accommodating staff early check-in

The location was fantastic. It allowed easy access to key attractions. I arrived well before the stated check-in time. The staff were accommodating, and they efficiently managed to provide me with a room.

The mattress in my room felt rather old and lumpy, so I found it hard to have good rest. Back pain.

The reception staff was very cute. they upgraded my room free of charge. the room and bathroom were very clean. it was a restful break after a busy seminar day. I showered and was ready for dinner.

central location, great stay

great location coles supermarket easy buying overall enjoyment

the hotel is near the queen victoria building. coles supermarket is just across the road, open until 10pm. it was convenient i could easily buy snacks.

the window in my room faced an internal wall. it limited the amount of natural light i had during the day. however, this didn't significantly detract from my overall enjoyment.
