the check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff was cute (i felt instantly at ease!). i found the location convenient for accessing various attractions. my room had a separate shower and tub, a feature i definitely enjoyed.

the staff was friendly! the rooms were spacious and comfortable. i found it a short walk from the train station which was awesome! i was able to get around easily.
i think our room needed updating, especially the bathroom. the shower flow was weak and the air conditioner was either too cold or not working. i had a frustrating time with the temperature in the room. quality versus price wasn't quite right.

the hotel is near the duomo area it made travel easy. the breakfast had many choices including a juice machine. i also liked the executive suite it had a steam room and two showers.
