I received really good service from the staff, especially from serena. She was genuinely warm. every evening, i enjoyed a welcome drink with tasty nibbles. the breakfast had amazing choices, and the coffee was delicious (just the perfect way to start the day!). the location was central, made exploring so convenient.
the room could use a small refresh to enhance its overall appeal a bit.

i really enjoyed the complimentary soft drinks in the minibar (especially the coke!). the location made sightseeing very easy. the prosecco and chocolate upon arrival was a lovely welcome.
the coffee at breakfast was only decent (not exquisite, unfortunately).

the staff provided restaurant recommendations and booked a taxi. the happy hour was a real treat. i also appreciated the complimentary soft drinks. these nice little touches included chocolate and an orchid in the room.
the walls seemed rather thin. i could sometimes hear noises from adjacent rooms. soundproofing could definitely enhance the stay.
