EXCELLENT location AND modern rooms

the hotel IS super close TO the train station , Made getting AROUND so EASY. the staff WERE friendly AND always READY to help WITH directions OR any QUESTIONS i HAD. i got an EXTRA duvet quickly WHEN i asked FOR it.
the air CONDITIONING did NOT work DURING my stay. it WAS a bit FRUSTRATING AS i EXPECTED it TO function properly. i HOPE they FIX it SO other GUESTS do NOT experience THIS.

breakfast WAS lovely WITH a nice selection AT the buffet. i saw MANY eating OPTIONS located in the station building. it HAS plenty of choices FOR a quick MEAL or a sit-down dinner, catering TO various tastes.

the location was really good. it was super close to the main train station. i could easily walk to the duomo. the front desk and housekeeping were amazing and very helpful. i would definitely recommend this hotel, mainly because of location.
air conditioning is part of a central system, meaning i had no control. the room became hot. i asked at the front desk to decrease the temperature, but it was ineffective.

the breakfast had limited hot food options. i saw omelet, bacon, and sausage offered. they also had cereal with milk, several types of pastries, fruit, a coffee machine with fresh ground coffee, tea, and juice.

the hotel is very close to the central station. a small grocery store is located on the way to the station. the hotel provided luggage storage. it was convenient since my flight was late.

the room had all necessary amenities. it was comfortable for my three night stay. the location was great near the station. it makes getting to various places easy.
tea and coffee facilities would have been a nice addition to the stay.
