I found the staff very polite! The location near the central train station was useful. The facility provided easy access to transportation options. I also liked that I could walk around safely in the vicinity of the hotel.
The noise insulation was poor, and I could hear neighbors talking..

I am so thankful for the convenient location close to the train station. It made travel very simple. The staff were very friendly, and always ready to assist when I needed something. I really appreciate their kindness and willingness to help.
I noticed the soundproofing could use improvement. I could sometimes hear noises from other rooms. This was a little distracting when I wanted some peace and quiet.

The staff was helpful. Check-in and check-out were efficient. the room was clean. The bathroom was very good. the location is near the central station. This suited me very well.
The blanket provided was quite light. It was not sufficient for colder nights. i did not request an alternative. I arrived late. there was no calefaction to be managed. This was a slight inconvenience.

The location was convenient for getting to transportation options.
I found multiple problems that annoyed me. My room had a very loud bathroom door. It needed oiling! I should have reported this sooner, but I arrived late after a long journey. I noticed some stains on the walls and the bed was uncomfortable.
