excellent stay friendly staff delicious food ocean view sound proofed rooms

the staff have a super friendly. the food we ate from the cafe was delicious, it was a excellent stay.

i arrived just before 3pm check in time, but they told my room wasn't ready. the ocean view was nice, but it wasn't peaceful. the rooms aren't sound proofed.

awesome hotel experience!

stocked buffet delicious service helpful staff comfy bed

The breakfast buffet was fully stocked and enjoyable. Cafe extras were available for those not wanting the buffet. room service was fast and delicious. I found the staff amazing. they provided helpful recommendations for transport, restaurants, and activities. the comfy bed and pillows really made a difference to my rest.

Housekeeping skipped my room for some reason. I had no fresh bedsheets. it was a minor inconvenience, but it stood out.

check-in was simple. i found the staff to be friendly and efficient. the hotel's proximity to local attractions made it easy to explore the area, so i did enjoy this hotel.

the gym equipment was slightly dated. i felt the treadmills could use an upgrade. still, i managed to maintain my fitness routine .

the king suite had a separate living area, complete with a comfortable sofa and a large screen tv, so i watched a movie. the king-sized bed provided excellent support. i slept soundly each night.

The pool area included 15 sun loungers with umbrellas. this provided a shaded area. the on-site restaurant featured a diverse menu, it included both local and international cuisine. I enjoyed the variety.

Housekeeping services were provided daily. They ensured the room was always clean and tidy. the front desk staff efficiently handled requests and provided helpful information, so i was able to explore without any issues. the staff were polite.

The bed was very comfortable. I got a good night's sleep. the room decor was cool. i liked the ocean view from my king room ocean view.

i didn't like the fact that the water pressure wasn't strong
