Many appreciate being within walking distance of Cavill Avenue, plus the Skypoint observation deck is right opposite the hotel. Guests often enjoy the pool on level 2 which gets plenty of sunshine, though some have mentioned the absence of a dedicated shower area. You'll also find multiple dining options right in the hotel itself.

dirty floor one toilet paper

The room they gave me, a standard king room city view, was tiny. housekeeping was not great. The floor was still dirty after they supposedly cleaned. also, we constantly asked for toilet paper since they only gave us one roll at a time. it was annoying to keep calling.

convenient location afternoon sunshine

The hotel location is superb. It is right by the tram station. i had an ocean view room and the view was fine! the pool on level 2 gets plenty of sunshine in the afternoon.
