The check-in lady was helpful. She were really nice. All the staff are lovely and very efficient, which I appreciate. I loved the pool, and the Riverview Executive room was both amazing and quiet. The hotel offered two free drink tokens. I enjoyed a chai latte.

I arrived around 2 PM wanting some lunch after a trip. The restaurant was closed, yet reception said I could order room service. The room service menu was quite limited, and it was not possible to accommodate my dietary restrictions.

breakfast included pastries and fruit. room had robes. parking had easy access. the hotel had a spa. i thought the hotel had full facilities. staff was friendly and helpful. the river view was good from my room. i could walk to the breakau creek hotel. i would stay again.

i had problems with dust. vents were covered in dust. there were bits of broken tile on the floor. handwash behind the bottles had dust. the room shows age. wallpaper seems to be coming away from walls near window.
