service and some noise issues
poor service late noise
i was a little disappointed with the service. we booked a room , but it was not properly set up when we arrived. it took a while to sort it out. also , there was quite a bit of noise from nearby roadworks , even late at night , i didn't find the response from reception particularly helpful.
