Toms Court Hotel enjoys a superb location with easy access to the city center via the tram right outside. Guests appreciate the proximity to Adelaide Market and Chinatown, both within walking distance, as well as to various cafes and restaurants, including the Italian restaurant next door where guests sometimes receive a discount. The rooms often feature kitchenettes equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine and some guests have noticed a loud whistling draft coming through the room door.

the room was clean, it included a coffee machine. complimentary drinks were available on the ground floor. i stayed on a high floor and the views were great though.

the shower head sprayed directly onto the bathroom floor. this made it difficult to get ready. the doona had a blood stain on it, and it was not covered.

the room was comfortable. the room was well stocked with all necessary items and more. fresh milk was available. the coffee machine with daily refills of pods was a great bonus.

the toilet had a very foul sewage smell. the corridor had used linen bags. those bags stunk up the whole place. there was this noise in the aircon or power box. i am not sure exactly what it was though it was very loud. it kept me up most of the night it was very disturbing.

the room was spacious. the balcony was a wonderful surprise. the mini fridge and microwave were very convenient. they supplied a couple of plates and bowls..

the bathroom did not feel very clean. i saw drips and marks on the walls. the toilet paper holder was moving on the wall. the shower leaked water while in use.
