amazing jewel suite experience!
convenient location top service hotel cleanliness
I totally loved how convenient the hotel was to everything! the dining options nearby were amazing, and the location was really convenient. the service was great. Everyone seemed happy to assist (i seemed like royalty!). cleanliness was definitely a priority. The entire hotel sparkled!
the check-in felt a bit slow. i waited a little while and felt quite tired from travelling.

the pool is amazing (i really enjoyed the pool!), with plenty of space for everyone, about 20 loungers, a shaded section, and readily available towels . the gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes, so i could keep up with my routine.

Staff provided excellent assistance, offering helpful advice and quick solutions whenever needed. They were committed to. i asked for extra pillows and they were delivered within minutes.

the room included two separate sinks plus a rainfall shower. i also found motion-detecting night lights and cordless charging (so convenient!) at the bedside table. technology made the room super modern.

excellent restaurants are easily accessible in the mall below, including cucina porto. the breakfast included a wide array of choices, ranging from continental to hot options, something for everyone.

Excellent Hotel Experience
clean suite convenient location breakfast options
My Jewel Suite Spa Bath was clean. I appreciated the short walk to the ferry terminal. It made getting around convenient. The breakfast was great with many options. I was very grateful for the complimentary room upgrade I received for my stay.
I had some issues. The pool area needed tidying and there were used plastic cocktail glasses in the pool. This detracted from the otherwise great experience.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of choices. I found the selection met my needs. The Harvest restaurant provided many options. It was very convenient.

The staff at the reception were very helpful and polite. I felt welcomed! The staff addressed my needs very fast. I was grateful for the proactive service.

The staff was AMAZING. Their attention to detail and attentiveness were excellent. Thank you. From reception to the bed makers, everyone was great. I enjoyed the location and the convenience of dining and shopping.

underwhelming experience
late intrusion privacy disregard
the wireless phone chargers built into the bedside tables were useful.
i was surprised when a staff member rang my service bell around 10:30 pm. they let themselves into my room to deliver a fruit platter i didn't order, that intrusion felt unsettling and a complete disregard for my privacy. it was never addressed or resolved by management. the team member's intrusion, fruit platter delivery

separate shower room good coffee outdoor pool
the room had a separate shower room and toilet. good coffee and tea were available in the room. there was a twenty-five meter outdoor pool on the fifth floor.
the room was slightly noisy.
