the room had a walk in shower it also included a comfortable bed breakfast was really good the service offered by the concierge was fantastic he located our lost luggage with persistent phone calls and emails he even sent us a picture of the luggage after its arrival at the hotel

convenient location waterfront view effortless sightseeing

the harbourside location was convenient. i found the bar and restaurant offering great waterfront views. the proximity to the arts centre and opera house made sightseeing effortless.

ordering room service online presented some challenges! the system mistakenly ordered two dinners instead of one.

Really good Stay Under the Bridge

The hotel boasts a prime location within walking distance of Circular Quay. The service and available facilities significantly enhanced my stay. I found the cleanliness amazing, with only a minor oversight of cup marks noticed. Staff swiftly addressed my early check-in request.

The shower design allowed water to splash onto the bathroom floor. This made the bath mat constantly soaked.

The Heritage King Room features proper coffee from the machine. Beds are very comfortable, and the lovely shower includes nice shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. I found these details enhanced the room.

Eugene, the chief concierge, provided really good service. He were really good too assist guests. Staff members at the reception are helpful. They also provide support. This ensures a pleasant stay for everyone.
