The hotel boasts a prime location within walking distance of Circular Quay. The service and available facilities significantly enhanced my stay. I found the cleanliness amazing, with only a minor oversight of cup marks noticed. Staff swiftly addressed my early check-in request.

The shower design allowed water to splash onto the bathroom floor. This made the bath mat constantly soaked.

The Heritage King Room features proper coffee from the machine. Beds are very comfortable, and the lovely shower includes nice shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. I found these details enhanced the room.
