mixed experience due to specific issues
non-functioning heating overpriced hotel
i encountered issues . the in-room heating did not function at all. this was a problem after i was caught in a downpour and returned to the hotel cold. the hotel is overpriced, considering similar experiences are available for less money elsewhere.

the service was attentive and anticipated my needs. the architecture blends heritage with modern design seamlessly. i found food offerings to be of a high standard throughout my stay. rooms had ample supplies and complimentary refreshments i definitely enjoyed

i stayed in a beautiful king room for three nights. the room featured a dyson hairdryer and an ipad controlling room functions. i found the breakfast buffet offered many delicious options.
the minibar prices were quite high though, a small issue.
