The location is very central I found it easy to reach many attractions. The room had blockout curtains they were great. The bathroom was well equipped with an excellent shower I enjoyed it.

The room was noisy I could hear the room behind me. I woke up early from banging noises I found it disruptive. The room was smaller than expected it didn't feel like an upgrade.

The hotel's location made exploring the city easy. I was only steps away from major attractions (circular quay, darling harbour, and the rocks). the decor had a unique vibe that i enjoyed, something different from typical hotels. the staff was always attentive and eager to assist with any questions or requests.

i noticed some minor wear and tear in the bathroom, such as a small crack in the sink.

The staff addressed requests quickly, like when i needed extra towels. They also assisted with directions and provided helpful information about local tours. i felt valued (and well taken care of) during my entire stay.
