The location is very central I found it easy to reach many attractions. The room had blockout curtains they were great. The bathroom was well equipped with an excellent shower I enjoyed it.

The room was noisy I could hear the room behind me. I woke up early from banging noises I found it disruptive. The room was smaller than expected it didn't feel like an upgrade.

charming stay in the city

major attractions unique vibe attentive staff

The hotel's location made exploring the city easy. I was only steps away from major attractions (circular quay, darling harbour, and the rocks). the decor had a unique vibe that i enjoyed, something different from typical hotels. the staff was always attentive and eager to assist with any questions or requests.

i noticed some minor wear and tear in the bathroom, such as a small crack in the sink.

The staff addressed requests quickly, like when i needed extra towels. They also assisted with directions and provided helpful information about local tours. i felt valued (and well taken care of) during my entire stay.

splendid stay

large room helpful staff great location

i only stayed for three nights. my room was large with a bathtub. the location is very close to the queen victoria building. i also found the staff helpful (they provided great recommendations!).

it takes two lifts to get to the ground floor, which may be an issue for some guests with heavy luggage.
