i was impressed with the available amenities. there were many options within the hotel (i especially enjoyed the indoor heated pool and sauna). the room service options were great and delivery was prompt. the entire hotel was clean, one of the cleanest i have encountered.

the limited healthy food choices were a minor drawback. i also noticed cigarette smoke drifting from the outdoor bar into the reception and dining areas. this detracted slightly from the otherwise smoke-free environment.

the room was clean. i suppose that's the bare minimum one expects, and it was achieved.

Oh, where to begin? the noise was unbearable. it seems i booked a room directly above some sort of racetrack. Car engines revved all night long. sleep? a distant memory. the staff seemed utterly unconcerned with my plight.

the room was spacious and well-appointed. i particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and the AMAZING!!! views from the balcony. the bathroom was modern and very clean. the outdoor pool and spa area was a fantastic amenity, and i also made use of the indoor heated pools and gym.

the reception was just a little slow upon arrival, a minor hiccup really.
