the location was amazing. central train station is only 5 minutes away. there was so much food available everywhere. the room was excellent and the bed and pillows very comfy.
The price was high. paying over $500 per night for a four star hotel seemed poor value. the bathroom wasn't clean. There was mould in the grout.

I loved my room! It was a very large One-Bedroom Balcony Suite. I really appreciated having basic kitchenware, especially a knife and fork. Check-in staff were super polite when storing my bags. The gym was in good condition (maybe some poolside towels would be helpful).
The car park design was really stressful. The turn into the car park street was almost impossible.

the location was amazing, quite close to the light rail. i found central station only five minutes away. the area felt really bright and quite safe at night. so much food was available nearby.
the comfort of a bathrobe was not available. i would have liked that.

The location is quite convenient, close to Central Station for train and light rail travel. Many dining options are also nearby. Our room proved spacious and comfortable, a welcome retreat after a long day. Paddy's Market offered great dining experiences.
I noticed the kitchen area had some dirty hand marks on the cupboards and fridge. We addressed this by washing all kitchen plates and utensils in the dishwasher. We wiped down the affected areas using a wet bathroom towel.

The staff provided a late checkout at our request. This allowed us to relax a bit more on our last day. Staff promptly supplied extra detergents for the laundry and dishwasher

The location is near Chinatown and Thaitown. The varieties of halal food available made dining very convenient. Paddy's Market (Wednesday to Sunday) offered some excellent dining experiences. It's easy to enjoy different cuisines.
