fantastic central stay

the hotel is centrally located , close to public transport options. the staff were super friendly , they offered great service throughout my stay. i was happy to find social hour with free drinks offered each evening. the lobby area was cozy , i enjoyed relaxing there with a glass of wine.

i found it rather inconvenient that there was nowhere to easily pull the car over to drop off bags and check in. it would be beneficial to have a designated area for luggage drop off. this would definitely improve the arrival experience .

the hotel has a great breakfast , there are many choices. luke's kitchen offers excellent food options for every taste. i even saw luke mangan addressing the restaurant staff one morning.
