thin walls soundproofing absence
I found a couple of things less than stellar. First, the walls seemed paper-thin. I could hear the neighbors running their dishwasher late at night and then again at the crack of dawn. I might as well have been in a hostel at that point. the lack of soundproofing made it hard to relax.

i appreciated the room's view of the lake it was beautiful. the room was modern with lovely fixtures. the staff was helpful .
the room service provided limited cleaning. the cleaning was a bare minimum only. this impacted the overall experience negatively

breakfast included a chef preparing egg dishes upon request and a good selection was available. i noticed the proximity of the hotel is very central to the harbor district. cuba street is also nearby.

my apartment had well-appointed features and beautiful uninterrupted views of the lake. access to the lake was easy and private. i found the beds to be very comfortable and conducive for sleeping.

The apartment was beautifully furnished and fresh. the view was fine. I would love to return when the mountains are covered in snow. the hotel provides a spacious experience with a great kitchen and other amenities.

the staff members were great and really nice. they provided a complimentary shuttle that takes guests back and forth to the downtown area on a regular schedule. the team were helpful

the facilities were fantastic. the hotel boasts a wonderful view across the lake and surrounding areas. it is fantastic sitting on the balcony enjoying the peacefulness. there is also an airport nearby. but no view from every room

the rooms are comfortable with excellent bedding. i believe the apartments were recently refurbished, and everything is new. the rooms are tastefully decorated and modern! spacious rooms offer plenty of space.
