perfect location extra effort notable staff

The hotel location is perfect! Everything is easily reachable. I could do most of the activities nearby. Staff were great. They helped the guests a lot. I was impressed by their extra efforts when an elderly couple needed assistance in the restaurant.

There was an obvious problem with soundproofing between the rooms. It was noticeable.

great location buffet dinner noisy fridge inconsistent advice

i liked the location very much. it was easy to walk to nearby cafes and shops. the staff were friendly and helpful. the buffet dinner included in my tour was abundant! it was delicious too.

the fridge compressor was quite noisy. i also noticed there was no microwave in the room. the front desk gave different advice about parking based on who i spoke to. it was not consistent

excellent location room amenity heat pump dark room small bathroom mold area

The hotel had an excellent location. It was very central for me. The room had everything I needed, and it had chrome casting. I liked that the heat pump was a life saver.

The room was a bit dark and dingy. It was a tight fit for what you get. The bathroom was also small. I saw mold in areas.
