The location is VERY convenient, right by transportation. The room was clean. the air conditioning worked GREAT. The staff was friendly. They accommodated my request. I was grateful.
The pillows were too long for the double bed. These pillows overlapped due to their size. It was awkward with two people in a bed.

Central Location and Smooth Processes

I appreciated the hotel's location. Wynyard station is just across the road.. It made getting to and from the airport very simple. I also found the self check-in and check-out machines very convenient. These machines made the processes seamless and easy.
I found the pillows a bit off. The pillows are over a meter long. It is awkward with two people in a bed with pillows that overlap each other because of their size.

the hotel has very easy access to wynyard train station. this allowed quick transport all around the area. access to everything was available from this point. places to eat were just around the corner.
i noticed the room did not have a desk or proper chair.
