The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The staff were friendly (especially at reception) and the location is very convenient for accessing public transport and nearby restaurants. The room was clean and well kept.

The hotel provides a 10% discount at the original cafe and a chinese restaurant, BOTH located inside the hotel. I noticed several dining options just outside the hotel's front entrance and it was easy to access them. The coffee machine in my room was certainly convenient, for mornings.

The staff members were super friendly and very accommodating. I really appreciated their willingness to help with requests. They offered excellent room service, prompt and efficient. One of the staff members in particular was very HELPFUL.

This location is super central. It made walking to attractions easy. The hotel is very close to bus stops and central station. I easily walked to the CBD and other key areas. Circular Quay is only a short walk away TOO.

The coffee machine in the room worked well. Filtered water was available on tap in the lobby. I appreciated that. The hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants. Museum station is also close.
The hotel did not provide complimentary water in the rooms, though. I had to purchase it.
