central location excellent amenities
city view mini fridge comfortable beds free water
i stayed in a twin room city view on an upper floor. the beds were good and the large tv worked well plus there was free wifi and plugs near the beds. free water was supplied for my first night and a mini fridge was useful. the room had quietness even though it is in a busy area.
the bathroom was a small size nonetheless it was very clean and well maintained. towels were a bit rough.

i found the staff friendly and helpful . the check in process was smooth and i received prompt attention when i needed assistance. they seemed dedicated to guest satisfaction.

the location proved excellent as it was a short walk to many attractions. i found a woolworths a short walk away which was important as i have allergies. access to public transport was convenient simplifying travel.

the location was acceptable IT was close to transport
the room layout was ridiculous a lot of the space was a hallway the bed in the tiny bedroom was against a wall one person could not get out of bed properly

The staff was friendly and helpful. I could keep my luggage at the hotel after checkout. This allowed me to see more of the city. The location was great and near many attractions.
The bathroom was old and not very clean. There was a terrible smell. I found the room quite small. The room lacked sunlight, as there was no proper window.

great location available staff
the location is unbeatable. i walked easily to darling harbour and many restaurants. the staff were available and ready to assist.
my room was quite small. opening my suitcase fully was a real challenge.

the twin room had comfortable beds. blackout curtains ensured a dark room for sleep. it also had a television with local channels. bathroom amenities included shampoo and soap.

the front desk offered luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out. staff were helpful with directions and transport information. they were polite and efficient during check-in procedures. requests for extra towels were fulfilled promptly.

coffee and tea were available in the lobby during the morning. several restaurants and cafes are within a five-minute walk. a convenience store is across the street for snacks and drinks. room service was not available .

a reasonable hotel
helpful staff amazing staff small room design flaw
the hotel is close to shops. it is also convenient and very near darling harbour. the staff were amazing and very helpful, especially the hotel manager and sabin.
the room was small. the closet was difficult to open properly because of the limited space. i believe this design flaw should not be the guests' fault and we should be warned. this made me slightly terrified to take a shower.

totally amazing stay!
attentive manager amazing location luggage storage very nice value
The hotel manager and staff looked after me so well. the location was amazing and super close to everything! i was even able to keep my luggage at the hotel after checkout and see more of the area on my last day, what a bonus! the value was very nice. I really recommend this place.
The bathroom fan sounded bad. Otherwise, it was all good!
