location was great, and the rooms felt spacious with ample wardrobe space.
the bed linen was stained and torn! both sheets and pillow cases had seen better days. the bathroom tiles had cracks, and there was mold in the grout. i didn't feel comfortable.

I found the room included towels, soap, and coffee. It had what I needed. The location was very close to darling harbour. Walking to the train station was easy. Breakfast was wonderful.
The shower had fluctuating water temperatures. It was hard to maintain a safe temperature.

The breakfast had great coffee. It also featured freshly cooked hot food. Each floor had a water refilling station, very useful. The location makes accessing everything easy, particularly the central locations.
I noticed the pool spent most of the day in shade. It made swimming less appealing.

The breakfast had fresh nuts and a blender to make your own juices. I added poached apricots to my muesli, a nice touch. The rooftop heated pool had a view of the city. Staff were helpful .
The room lacked a menu, QR code, or phone to order. I wanted to use 24-hour room service. No one was at the reception area when I went downstairs.. I ordered delivery instead. The rubbish bins were quite basic.
