Acceptable stay. Some issues surfaced

missing wake-up call bright bedroom

I encountered some problems . On the final day, I requested a wake-up call for 4.45am as a backup. It never came. There were no apologies offered, either. Road traffic was audible, and light streamed in from the corridor lights ALL night. It made the bedroom quite bright! I was really disappointed with aspects of the service.

Really good Suite Experience

quiet room comfortable bed breakfast convenience

The location is great. I enjoyed a very quiet room. It was spacious. I appreciated the big comfortable bed. Making toast for breakfast each morning was quite convenient too.

I wasn't introduced to the hotel facilities on arrival. I found that the hotel charged me for water. The room cleanliness was not up to my expectations.

Nearby, many restaurants and cafes provide lots of dining options. Several cafes and restaurants will close on weekends. There is room service. The hotel does not have its own restaurant.

The room was a great size and contemporary. The rooms include a kitchen and laundry facilities. Daily servicing is provided and kept the room well-kept, much more than expected for an apartment.

Acceptable, BUT Disappointing in Details

unpleasant smell visible mold

The price didn't match the bed size. They were double at best, Not queen. The sofa REALLY needed replacing. It smelled bad. the dishwasher needed deep cleaning. I could see mold. These things detracted from the experience.

The room featured a washing machine and dryer, reducing luggage needs (very useful!). I liked the readily available supply of bathroom products. Discounted parking was a definite plus for me.
