i found the cleanliness lacking in certain areas. there was considerable dust throughout the room and smudges on the window. noise from adjacent rooms was quite noticeable. conversations were easily overheard disrupting my rest.

The staff was genuinely helpful. A HUGE plus was the super convenient airport shuttle service. It runs regularly. I also found the on-site restaurant to be a great option, especially given my early flight. Food quality was awesome.

I noticed some noise from other rooms, unfortunately, the sound insulation could use some improvement. That was annoying, REALLY.
