the self-service breakfast had everything i needed before a long day.
The price of drinks at the bar felt excessive (i'm not sure why). also, the room was dated and could use some refreshing. The bed base was broken with just a bit of board across it. this made it quite uncomfortable.

I found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. They were quick to respond to requests. the breakfast buffet offered a good selection and was quite satisfying. the room was cleaned daily, and i received fresh towels if needed, a plus.
the room i stayed in was on the top floor, and unfortunately, the window did not open. this made the room quite warm and stuffy, and it was difficult to get fresh air circulating.

The hotel provides bar service, though i did not see extensive seating. It mostly catered to standing patrons. entertainment occurred in a dedicated room. parking spaces are available just outside the building. It makes access convenient.

I liked the location, just north of the town centre. The staff was friendly. The gentleman on reception was very helpful. The entertainment was good, too. My double room was basic, and I had a great night's sleep because it was peaceful and quiet during the night.
The hotel needs some tlc. Car parking cost extra. Checkout was early.

The staff provided prompt and helpful assistance. They addressed requests quickly. The reception was ALWAYS staffed. I watched as staff members assisted with luggage and provided directions with patience.

The buffet breakfast had a FANTASTIC!!! selection of hot and cold items. Vegetarian options WERE available. The dining area was clean, and staff maintained the buffet, ensuring ample supply during peak hours.

The room needs refurbishment. the mattress was quite thin, and i could feel the springs. there were no clean towels. I requested some.
