Michaez at the bar was great! He was very friendly and nice. I found the staff to be very helpful. The breakfast had many options. The room was spacious and clean. I appreciated the sweets on the pillows for the children!

The room was very dated. I found the staff in the restaurant rather rude in the evening. They seemed uninterested in providing good service. Checking out, the reception staff was equally unhelpful!

The location is really convenient for reaching the airport. the onsite parking was certainly a plus. the breakfast offered substantial options. I found that quite satisfying.
I encountered an issue regarding the fridge in the room. i was told that microwaves are no longer provided. i asked for a fridge, but it never arrived. This was quite inconvenient. food that needed refrigeration spoiled, and i had to dispose of it.

maja, our server for dinner, was excellent. she was helpful, cheerful, and efficient. the person who booked us in greeted us with a smile. staff.
the hotel decor appears somewhat dated. the noise continued into the early hours. doors were frequently slammed.
