I found the rooms had great tea, coffee, and biscuit selections. The staff were VERY pleasant. The room decorations were nice. There were balloons in the room for a birthday!

Soundproofing could improve as I heard people in the corridor sometimes.

The hotel includes a fridge in each room, which I thought was a nice touch. There are free toiletries in the AMAZING shower. The beds seemed super comfy.

i was disappointed by several aspects of my stay. firstly, the room was not properly cleaned. there was dust everywhere, a clear sign of neglect. secondly, the evolution restaurant was understaffed, resulting in slow service and long wait times.

the room size was great. i also appreciated the clean environment throughout the hotel. the desk had a vanity mirror, a feature i found useful.

the reception was not in the same building as the hotel rooms. it was a long walk from the disabled car park to the reception. dining and beverages required another walk to a separate building.
