FANTASTIC stay near wildlife!

great tea selection pleasant staff nice room decoration birthday balloons

I found the rooms had great tea, coffee, and biscuit selections. The staff were VERY pleasant. The room decorations were nice. There were balloons in the room for a birthday!

Soundproofing could improve as I heard people in the corridor sometimes.

This hotel sits at the entrance to the wildlife park itself. The setting felt quiet, EVEN when it was busy. The location is MODERN yet rustic.

The hotel includes a fridge in each room, which I thought was a nice touch. There are free toiletries in the AMAZING shower. The beds seemed super comfy.

dusty room understaffed restaurant

i was disappointed by several aspects of my stay. firstly, the room was not properly cleaned. there was dust everywhere, a clear sign of neglect. secondly, the evolution restaurant was understaffed, resulting in slow service and long wait times.

the room size was great. i also appreciated the clean environment throughout the hotel. the desk had a vanity mirror, a feature i found useful.

the reception was not in the same building as the hotel rooms. it was a long walk from the disabled car park to the reception. dining and beverages required another walk to a separate building.
