fantastic stay! super cute and helpful staff

smooth check-in fresh options warm atmosphere amazing leisure
check-in was smooth and quick. everyone was eager to help (i loved that!). breakfast was delicious with many fresh options. the dining area created a warm atmosphere. the leisure facilities looked amazing, though i didn't get to use them this time. i really want to next time!
the room was a bit warm, so i opened the window.

an acceptable stay

gym facilities breakfast selection white walls uncomfortable pillows
the gym facilities were really good. it was a real bonus to have such a great space to exercise. the breakfast buffet had a good selection. the morning staff was lovely and set us up for our busy days.
the room was sterile and bland. there was no artwork, just bare white walls. the pillows had no support. they were quite uncomfortable.

outdated room odd carpet smell
the breakfast tasted good.
the room was outdated, and every noise was audible. i could hear doors closing nearby and it was disruptive. also, there was an odd smell from the carpet i found disappointing.

helpful staff well kept facilities equipped gym tasty option
the staff were cute and helpful upon arrival. the leisure facilities are well maintained. i found the gym to be equipped with boxing bags, a great addition. breakfast offered tasty options even though the selection was somewhat limited.
The bathroom heating was set high. It made the room uncomfortably warm.

Solid stay with nice leisure options

The leisure facilities are a real asset. I used the gym and the pool area. Both were clean and well-kept. The included breakfast was good every day with plenty of options.
I had trouble connecting to wifi. the reception said it happens and didn't offer useful assistance, they were unhelpful. this was inconvenient for work.
