The bar area felt more like a school dining hall. there was not a space to relax with a drink or coffee. no staff were present at the bar. I had to interrupt a staff conversation at reception to get service. this was disappointing after a long day and a bit of a hassle, the hotel parking only accommodates about 10 cars.

The room was freshened daily with items replenished. This met my expectations.
the bar area resembled a school dining area. there was no staff attending the bar, and i had to interrupt a conversation at reception for service. this lack of service detracted from the experience.

The location was great, right across from a tram stop. The staff were super friendly and let us check in early. The room was spacious and clean. it had toiletries and tea and coffee with biscuits. I appreciated the free parking too.

The staff were very helpful. They were friendly throughout our stay. The room was clean plus spacious, the beds offered much comfort. Breakfast had a large variety with many options, i ate dinner inside the restaurant.
The bathroom bin was not emptied . Pigeons were loud outside my window. I had to pay sixteen pounds for twelve hours of parking.

Mixed feelings ABOUT my stay
uncomfortable bedterrible noise
The noise WAS terrible . It sounded like a nightclub. The bed was unCOMFORTABLE , very springy. It made terrible creaking sounds everytime you moved ,so i sat up most of the night in the chair.
