The staff were very helpful. The location is convenient. The room offered modern decor with some nice touches, especially the horse pictures. They added a local feel. The bed was comfortable.

There was a small charge for the car park though free parking was for blue badge holders.

the room was clean and quite large at a good price.

The air conditioning unit was very noisy, and it woke me up during the night. This happened more than once , a first even after multiple stays at this location. the room was located near the lift.

clean rooms spacious room racecourse view

i checked in early because the staff helped so i could drop my bags before the races i found the rooms very clean and spacious i had a view of the racecourse.

i found the interior of the hotel a bit bland.
