solid hotel, good location

reception service thoughtful staff great breakfast

the reception service was excellent. i was offered a room closer to the lift when the staff noticed i use crutches. this was helpful and thoughtful. the breakfast had plenty of options and tasted great!!! staff stored our luggage on our departure day. we could enjoy another full day before our late flight.

the airport bus stop felt quite far from the location. it added extra time to my journey.

limited selection dirty laundry

I found the breakfast service quite poor. getting a seat was a challenge as we had to clear tables ourselves. the selection was limited. Staff repeatedly stated they were out of items and would not restock them.. the price felt excessive given the taylor swift concert inflations. despite arriving after the stated check-in time, dirty laundry from the previous night cluttered the third-floor hallway.
