Satisfactory visit

perfect locationperfect sizeclean roomstaff attitudereceptionist attitudebreakfast information
I chose this hotel because it looked close to the venue. I found it to be a PERFECT location. It was only about a ten-minute walk. The room was the perfect size. The room was also very clean.
The staff attitude needs improvement. I arrived first to check in and asked about paying for early access. The receptionist said he would check but continued texting on his phone. He did not reply when I asked why others could check in earlier. I was not informed about the cooked breakfast option costing extra.

Mixed Experience near Kelvingrove

convenient locationvisible gapterrible access road
The hotel location was convenient, especially for the Kelvingrove area, so many dining options around.
The room I got was pretty cold, and I found there was a visible gap in the window sill. It was a clear path for drafts. the car park access road was not good. The road felt terrible. The dark wallpaper.

Fantastic stay!

complimentary proseccohelpful staffgood scottish breakfastclean room
I received complimentary prosecco and orange juice upon arrival. It was unexpected and appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was PERFECT. The breakfast had good Scottish options, very nice. The room was also very clean and the bed was a good size.
The car park access road was not the best. It was a bit tricky to navigate.
Facilities
9/10
The dining room had a VERY cute design with great light. I noticed the staff kept the public areas super clean. The hop-on bus stop is just across the street. This makes getting around the city very easy.
Location
10/10
This location is near the Kelvingrove Museum and the University. That makes it easy to walk to those attractions. There are many nice pubs and restaurants nearby. I found this.
Rooms
8/10
The room had a HUGE bed and the provided toiletries were good quality. The room also included blackout curtains. This ensured I got a good night's sleep. The room size was adequate for two people.
