I had a lovely Beautiful King Room. The location was great. I enjoyed a drink at the bar. The lighting in the bedroom was perfect for reading in bed.

convenient location car park bar area
The location was convenient. i found a half price car park token offered for the multi story car park next to the hotel. the room included robes and lots of hangers. I found it useful. the bar area downstairs was lovely. I spent a good time there.
the gym was a bit too compact for my liking, especially during peak hours.

The beautiful king room had a comfortable large double bed and the soundproofing worked well. a large tv and a fridge were in the room. I appreciated the addition. plenty of sockets were available.

the location was acceptable, near the hydro.
the family room presented a significant safety hazard. a full-height window on the 8th floor was fully openable, posing a risk to my four-year-old child. while the manager addressed it quickly, this oversight is concerning. breakfast was expensive.

the staff was friendly and helpful . the room was very clean and well-organized for my stay. i appreciated the breakfast selection it was very good.
i was not told about building work upon arrival it was a bit noisy. the bathroom had a musty smell and some mould. i found the foyer seats had some bad stains.
