The location is excellent. It is easy to get to the OVO Hydro arena. Convenient parking is available, too. The arena is a short walk away.
I have contacted the hotel many times. Noise was heard throughout the day and night. This prevented me from sleeping. It sounded like a mechanical issue.

The staff was helpful and friendly . The location offered easy access to nearby attractions. I found the breakfast to be excellent, with tasty food and a good choice of options including gluten free and dairy free selections (a lovely touch!).
The bathroom felt a bit dated and could benefit from a refresh.
