The price was competitive and reflected in the facilities. Staff members were consistently helpful . The hotel provided complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby which was a nice touch. The hot chocolate from the bar was also excellent, and i enjoyed it a lot.

The room was quite small, leaving limited space for walking around with luggage. I also noticed that the shower head seemed loose and prone to falling. These issues slightly impacted my overall comfort.

i was near MANY transport links. This hotel is a short walk to a large retail park. I also enjoyed the coffee, tea, and water available all DAY.

the room was very BASIC and SMALL. The bathroom setup is unusual with separate areas.

The location is excellent near the tram stop and a shopping center. The hotel is situated just off the expressway, four stops from the airport. The receptionists are always nice and helpful. I found parking easy, just outside the front of the building.

I would have liked tea and coffee-making facilities in the room.

The room was clean, and fresh towels arrived daily. Soap and shampoo were provided, convenient. The location is close to the tram (I was there in 2024). The tram stop is only a five-minute walk away, a real benefit.

The room was basic. The shower cubicle and hand basin were practically beside the bed, not in an en-suite room. The toilet was in a separate cubicle (a bit odd, I thought).
