i found the staff quite friendly. the location is convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants. i liked that it had a fully equipped kitchen for preparing my christmas eve dinner. the coffee shop had amazing food!!!

my room did not have sufficient lighting, especially natural lighting. the window did not open beyond a very small crack. it felt warm and stuffy. also, there was an oven but no microwave.

i experienced noise at night. the sound came from an outside bar courtyard (ear buds did not help much).

The room had multiple distinct areas including a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living room. The hotel's location was convenient for accessing Waverly Station, the castle, and Princes Street Gardens. The lobby café was always busy and provided a convenient dining option.

Noise from a neighboring bar continued until 1:30 AM (earplugs are provided in the room, I guess).

the staff were very friendly (i liked that) and cute. the location was good with many restaurants nearby. the locke studio accessible room had a well-equipped kitchen. i found the reception service to be efficient.

the noise at night was awful. i could hear constant noise from outside even with ear plugs. also, my room was not ready until 4:30 pm. the dryer also did not work, so my clothes were soaking wet.
