decent stay with some issues
friendly staff central location good size room damaged chair missing dressing gown
the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was central. my room was also a good size. the christmas decorations were very nice adding a nice touch.
the chairs were damaged. i reported this to the receptionist but i was not offered an alternative room. a dressing gown should have been supplied but it never came .

Mixed experience due to noise and service
loud music indifferent staff
The room was spacious, which i appreciated.
The hotel was REALLY noisy. I could hear music from the bar until late into the night and this made it hard to sleep. Service at the bar was a little slow, it was hard to get someone's attention for drinks. i also felt the staff seemed a bit indifferent to my concerns.

christmas decorations cute staff spacious room central location
the christmas decorations created a great atmosphere. the staff were very cute upon arrival. my room was spacious and clean. the location was central to many sites.
The lift was quite small. There was no assistance offered with luggage.

my luxury double room had a good size and provided ample space to relax after sightseeing. the room included a comfortable bed and well kept furniture. it had space to relax.
