I was a bit annoyed the hotel advertised parking but it was actually offsite. This parking was closed due to the holiday I was visiting for, not ideal. the Comfort Double Room Sofa Bed was quite small and the sofa bed wasn't particularly comfortable, surprise surprise. I think they need to be more upfront about the parking situation.

I found the room quite spacious! The shower was GREAT with lovely toiletries, a definite PLUS.

The phone in my room did NOT work, that was a little annoying. there were dirt marks on the walls, which wasn't ideal.

The location is great for public transport. it is easily reached by train (haymarket station). there are a few pubs within walking distance, i was charmed by this. the staff accommodated my early check in. It was quite efficient.

I found the room a little worn. There were some paint marks on the walls. the finishing wasn't the best i have seen (but i am picky!).

The staff demonstrated excellent service I found quite excellent. The rooms were quiet at night promoting comfortable sleep. I also appreciated the very clean condition of the room it showed attention to detail. The shower delivered an amazing experience with excellent water pressure.

I found the towel hanging space in the room slightly limited which was a minor inconvenience

The room was spacious with comfortable beds. The provided towels were plentiful a detail greatly appreciated after a long day. The soundproofing was effective resulting in a very peaceful and quiet environment free from outside disturbances.
