Convenient Stay Near the Zoo

I found the bus stop directly outside the hotel very useful. Several buses go to the city center. The hotel also has parking. Breakfast included a wide range of choices.
The soundproofing was not optimal, and noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable.

The room included all the necessary facilities. There were three beds, allowing ample space for two kids and me. It had everything we needed. The room was clean with fresh towels.

The hotel is located next to the zoo. This location is very fun and lovely. Multiple bus lines stop right outside the hotel. It's easy to go to the center by bus, and back. The airport is also easy to access from the hotel

The hotel has entertainment areas in the lounge. These areas were unique and enjoyable! I also used the pool. It was clean. The hotel offers spa and pool facilities, though I didn't use them.

the service was good the room was comfortable i requested a celebration package for my partner's birthday with an amendment the staff accommodated my request nicely the room was nicely set up on arrival thank you i stayed for 2 nights and less the next day
the price we paid meant i would have expected complimentary water on arrival a sofa was in the way of the bed so i had to rearrange furniture a very strong green light on the air conditioning was annoying at night i had to cover it over the price of breakfast was far too expensive for the quality

stained carpets
fitting two people with suitcases was difficult. also, the carpets had noticeable stains that looked to be watermarks, and there were similar marks on the ceiling. (i have stayed at hotels with better facilities.)
