the room was very clean it included everything i needed the hotel provided excellent value for money the staff were excellent throughout my stay. the building had a great bar and restaurant i found the food fantastic. room service was great and the staff were accommodating. the location is fantastic a minute's walk from the station.

the location was unbeatable. the hotel is right next to the train station and city center, a real bonus. staff were friendly and check-in was quick, everything went smoothly.
the room was too cold. they had switched off the central heating, it was quite dated and i woke up feeling chilly.

The hotel offers a gym and a swimming pool. I didn't use the gym but the pool looked great. the pool area features several loungers and was well-kept. It looked really inviting.

i stayed in a twin room. i found fresh fruit and complimentary water at reception. the customer service i received was excellent.
the leisure centre felt dated. it needs some necessary repairs done. i noticed a broken wall around a socket by the sauna.
