poor ventilation no room cleaning
The staff were friendly and helpful (always a plus).
The hotel felt quite outdated for the price I paid. My room lacked proper ventilation and it became stuffy quickly. I also found out only after my arrival that room cleaning was not offered , which I found unacceptable.

noticeable dust layer unfixed television
the room was sufficiently spacious for my needs.
The cleanliness was subpar. There was a noticeable layer of dust on the surfaces. the in-room television was not working. i reported it but it remained unfixed throughout my stay, and i found this unacceptable.

The reception desk offered free maps of the surrounding area and I used them a lot. The breakfast was better than I expected and included a good variety of options. I was able to walk to the city center and visited both Dean Village and St Mary's Cathedral. Staff members were polite and helpful and they kept the area clean

friendly staff double bed satisfying view
The staff were friendly and accommodating. they quickly gave us a different room with a double bed after our initial room did not have one. the new room featured a nice view. I found that very satisfying.
the lifts needed a very thorough cleaning, they seemed quite filthy.

friendly staff spacious room attentive staff
The staff was super friendly and helpful. I got a spacious room with a huge bathroom that included a bath. Breakfast was great. The staff was very fast and attentive.
