decent stay overall

helpful staffgood locationpleasant dealingunready roommissed calllimited equipment
i stayed in a beautiful king room. the staff was helpful, especially joseph, he was a pleasure to deal with. the location was also quite good, it was in the heart of the city yet removed from the bustle of princes street.
My room was not completely ready at check-in. the front desk unfortunately did not call when my room was ready as promised. the fitness facility has limited hours and equipment. That was disappointing.
