I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast also impressed me, with a very good choice of food.

The lifts really need attention! There were continual queues for a single lift that seemed erratic about capacity. It was a bit ridiculous watching people have to step off, especially during the busy weekend.

The staff demonstrated excellent service. Alan at reception, Ethan at the bar, and Mandy in the restaurant deserve special recognition for their excellent support to all guests and visitors during peak times. I noted how attentive and available the team were.

a river's dream..

riverside location walking path spacious room breakfast variety

the hotel sat right by the river, so lovely. there was a walking path, perfect for a romantic evening stroll. our room was so clean and spacious, i was like royalty. breakfast offered a wide variety, and cook-to-order options were available.

the noise from other guests was a little disturbing, especially during the late hours. i wished for better soundproofing to keep everything more intimate and cozy.

The premium super king high floor room had a lovely view of the river. I found the bed comfortable and the pillows supportive. The staff were very friendly and took pride in their work. I appreciated the super clean cleanliness of the room and all public areas.

The wait time for the elevators was SLIGHTLY longer than expected during peak hours.
