I liked that the location was close to the train station, so it was simple for me to reach the arena. My room was clean and on the first floor, I find it comfortable. i appreciate the cafe bar and restaurant facilities.
I thought the double windows were thin, I was worried they were open. The noise from outside bothered me at night. I thought THE pillows were not comfortable.

i thought the staff where really friendly and helpful, so enjoyed the stay. brian and a young lady on the desk was so nice. i was given a complimentary breakfast on check out day, so lovely. i am so thankful!
the room facilities felt old. i notice dust on the bed head. the shower was rusty and the toilet porcelain was chipped, a real shame. the hairdryer looked so melty, so worrying to use

decent location but some issues

the location was convenient for getting around the city centre it was close to many shops.
the room was not in great condition the walls had scuff marks and the carpet was worn particularly near the bathroom the room generally looked tired it seemed like it needed updating the handle on the door had a screw sticking out it did not feel secure.
