The staff provided warm welcomes. Their friendliness stood out! the hotel bar created really good cocktails. my room had perfect cleanliness. the building's architecture impressed me, a real showstopper!

wonderful experience

attentive staff helpful concierge last minute reservations enjoyable bar

the staff was very attentive to all needs! the concierge people were especially helpful. they were able to make last minute reservations. they also knew the best things to do! the restaurants and bars were enjoyable considering the weather.

I heard someone complain about a vegan option. we loved the position and ambience. i had two gripes with the room! the bed was hard. The toilet seat moved when used.

excellent location luxurious room afternoon tea restaurant exhaust no heat double price

the location is excellent near many attractions. the rooms are luxurious and well-appointed. afternoon tea in the lord mayor's lounge is a must i think.

my first room smelled like restaurant exhaust! my second room did not have heat, i had to fill the bathtub with hot water to keep the room warm. when i extended my stay by 2 days, the price for the extra days doubled.
