I found the location near the congress centre very convenient. There was a nespresso machine and a variety of drinks and snacks in the minibar which i definitely enjoyed. The restaurant on the top floor had a lovely view. the breakfast menu offered tasty options, though it required an additional payment, i considered it a worthwhile experience.
My room was very small. It was just something to keep in mind for future visits.

i really loved the modern vibe. there were several restaurants plus a pub and cafe. a super cool swimming pool added to the fun. i was in heaven. i was so impressed with dyson hairdryer and a smeg fridge stocked with a mini bar. the bed was very comfortable. i slept like a baby
I encountered poor service at the elephant and castle restaurant, frustrating. the hostess was really unhelpful when we needed seating before a concert. she didn't help us find another place, and we had to seat ourselves. It was so annoying. then, later that night, we couldn't order cocktails at the bar. we left shortly after

This place was alright, i guess. the cleanliness was questionable. there was some questionable staining on the duvet cover i noticed and the shower head looked to have some mold. the bed also was not very comfortable. One side felt significantly higher than the other.

I liked the location so much because it was near the 3 arena. it was very simple to grab a coffee or have a cocktail! the room was cozy. It had all i needed, and the shower pressure was super!
the window didn't close properly so it was a broken window i reported this issue to the front desk. i hope it will be addressed soon, affecting my overall experience.

the breakfast was superb it was cooked to order from a menu and nicely prepared the vibe of the hotel is cool with modern touches in the rooms and corridors
i was hassled all the time while at the table by staff in ryleigjs restaurant they seemed obsessed with the need to be paid because they seemed not to be able to interpret what i was saying
