The location was super convenient near the aldgate east tube station! the room was clean and had great air conditioning. staff members were nice and offered help with parking too. I always appreciate that kind of support.

The location worked. It was easy to get to brick lane.
The room lacked soundproofing. Street noise made sleeping difficult. the bed was very uncomfortable. I could feel every spring. The shower was rusty.

I found public transportation very accessible to the location. Staff members were friendly and provided assistance. The room was clean. There were several cafes and shops nearby. The room had a hairdryer, condiments for tea and coffee, and bottled water. I appreciated these amenities. Hotel access was easy. The air conditioning unit worked well. I was allowed to drop off my bag early. Check-in was available from the afternoon. I was given a fan since it was a hot evening. The location on Brick Lane gave access to local attractions. The staff members were helpful and kind. They greeted me with a smile at reception. They showed me to a clean room.
