the customer service felt close to non existent. the checking process was cumbersome. a high deposit was required for a less than average accommodation. windows overlooked a wall covered in dirt.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The location was very convenient. It had great pubs and restaurants nearby. Communication about check-in was good.

I received a message demanding a large security deposit! It made me uncomfortable since it needed to be a bank transfer. I also received a long email with many rules. It. The hotel threatened that I would lose my security deposit if I wasn't out by ten.

The apartment was very clean! The location was convenient, and it was easy to find. It provided nice touches such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll, and tea and coffee.

There was no flexibility on check in or check out times. They were quite strict. The plastic was covering the floors, and I noticed a paint smell.
